I was so excited when Amy came in for her design consultation. She has an amazing retro-vintage style and an incredibly bright and fun personality! Of course, she and Paul needed invitations to match. Her inspiration was the classic Beverly Hills Hotel, but with a colorful, Florida twist.
The main invite is a two color reverse letterpress design in navy and green, finished with hand painted watercolors (each invitation is different!). Retro touches like polka dots, stripes, and flamingos set the mood, and there are fun details everywhere you look! The banana leaf designs were begging to be turned into a seamlessly repeating pattern (just like the classic wallpaper in the Beverly Hills Hotel!) -- Amy and Paul had custom fabric printed for a photo wall at their reception, and even decorated their cake with the pattern!
Amy and Paul each had two children, and the merging of their families was another important theme for their wedding! We got creative with their wording, and represented everyone as a little flamingo on the pocket folder!

Vintage elegance was the inspiration for Kat & Jhonny. With the Pantone 2016 colors (rose quartz & serenity) providing the palette, I created a classic invitation suite with stunning personal touches.
Pleated tulle, hand-dyed silk chiffon ribbon, and seed pearls envelop the custom cut invitation; airy and ephemeral. The back of the invitation is a nod to Jhonny's other passion (besides Kathlyn, of course) -- flying! Shimmery pearlized envelopes complete the package.
Tabatha and Jeff's super nerdy invitation has to be one of my all time favorites! I'm a geek-at-heart (in case you couldn't tell), and I LOVE finding others who are passionate about similar things!
From Mario to Pac-Man to Harry Potter... these graphical elements were perfect for a two color letterpress invitation. I brought in the other wedding themes -- sunflowers, navy blue, country vintage flair, and glitter -- with the belly band and custom response envelope design. Finishing it off, I did fun, modern calligraphy for the guest addresses.
To ensure the guest list didn't inflate, we made two versions of the Zelda themed RSVP card -- to tactfully let each person know whether (or not!) they were welcome to bring a guest.
I loved working with Maria & Eduardo to design something unique for them. Maria loved romantic details -- flowers, lace, script calligraphy -- while Eduardo wanted something a little bit more edgy. They loved shimmery sparkle, and had a color palette in mind of plum, green, and black.
Inspired by the idea of combining lace with dark graphic lines, I came up with a unique digitally printed invitation suite that's a lot of fun, but still formal.
It includes a main invitation, reception card, and response card. For the unique belly bands, I got carried away with detail - sparkly pleated lace, die-cut flowers, name tags, shimmery paper, and a stitched lime green vine! For the day-of details, I made place cards with color-coded flower to denote food choice, and little thank you tags for their favors.
For their Harry Potter themed wedding, Brittany and Cody needed something special! Inspired by the styling of the Marauder's Map, I drew them an invitation from scratch.
I incorporated the map to their venue into the folding main invitation, which was letterpress printed on 100% cotton paper. Oversized RSVP cards allow guests to join in on the magic by choosing a Hogwarts house (corresponding to where they'll be seated). Adding to the intrigue, I aged the paper and wrapped the invitations up with velvet ribbon and a wax seal. Finally I tied everything together with fun oversized calligraphy and metallic envelopes!
Day-of items included a hand-drawn map of the table locations, table cards, and place cards (in keeping with the theme, winged keys)!

Hot off the press! These Harry Potter Marauder's Map invitations were letterpress printed using polymer plates.
Melissa and George had a destination wedding in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. Nearly all their guests were out-of-town, so we used a pocket-fold style to make it easy for guests to keep up with all the cards -- the custom map, hotel information, and venue details!
Day-of details include a matching fan program and shimmery table cards.
The inspiration for Catherine and Glenn's wedding was succulents, orchids, and oak trees, in a palette of violets and greens. The main invitation is letterpress printed on thick 220# cotton paper and detailed with watercolors. I hand lettered the couple's names for a totally unique look, complemented by a gorgeous formal script for the event details. The suite also includes a digitally printed response card, custom map, and art piece (inspired by the tandem bicycle Glenn rode while wooing Catherine!).
For this summer outdoor wedding, I created programs that double as fans!

Claudine and Brent wanted a colorful, sparkly mermaid-themed invitation for their beach wedding. Just like Claudine, the mermaid is beautiful and blonde, while the sea turtle represents Dr. Brandon!
Glittery envelope liners and sophisticated brush calligraphy set the tone for the upscale event. To complement the invitations, I also designed thank you cards, favor bags, & coasters.

For their tropical Colombian wedding, Danielle and Carlos needed a lot of color! Using a watercolor style, I digitally painted a perfect wedding suite for them, including a save the date, invitations, and a map card. I included lots of their favorite flowers, as well as their favorite bird. The tri-fold invitation is finished with a cute monogram, and fit perfectly into a cool kraft envelope with vintage stamps.

Cristina and Chris weren't sure exactly what they wanted for their fun and formal wedding -- but they loved my shimmery purple business cards and flowers they saw on another one of my invitations. With this information, I created a unique and beautiful letterpress invitation with hand painted watercolors.
The back of the invitation features a star-scape you'd see in autumn, the time when they met and had their first kiss. I also included a special constellation based on Chris's love of Lego airplanes - can you spot it?
To wrap up the invitation with the digitally printed custom map and RSVP cards, I used silver twine and a cute little star charm.
Two color letterpress, a whole lot of fonts, and bright envelope liners tell your guests that your wedding is going to be awesome and fun!
Lindsey & Josh's unique Halloween wedding required an equally unique invitation and wedding suite design!
Custom sugar skulls were chosen as the overarching design element to be used in each of the pieces in their wedding suite -- invitations, coasters, an alternative guest book, and programs.
The invitations feature shiny silver ink on thick 111lb Gmund ebenum stock, enclosed in a metallic orange envelope. For pops of color, a crimson Swarovski crystal adorns the flower in Lindsey's hair, and Josh has a heat embossed gold tooth. Both the invitation and the coasters are letterpress printed.
The alternative guest book (or guest poster) is hand illustrated on 100% cotton paper with archival inks. The sugar skull motif is complemented with custom calligraphy. For their two-sided programs, Lindsey & Josh chose digital printing.
